Departure to hit the Andean road, arriving after twenty kilometres to Tilcara village Today, you will visit the Fernando Dupont winery and taste its wines from the Quebrada de Humahuaca region.

Benefiting from the scarcity of rainfall and long cool autumns, the Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes from this winery reach their optimum maturity, allowing a high concentration of flavours, aromas and colours to be obtained without losing their freshness. The ancient techniques of care and coexistence with the environment and its energy cycle try to save the natural system of cultivation.

The bodega takes advantage of the purity of the underground water to irrigate a stony and austere land, although full of minerals. The high density of plants per hectare, which allows a high environmental radiation and luminosity, requires the contribution of intensive manual work. Lunch included at the Bodega: starter, main course, dessert and wine.
